Exercise is probably the greatest single source of health maintenance. It is the element most under your control.

Exercise increases blood circulation and oxygenation to the healing tissues. Not only does it decrease your risk for cardiovascular diseases and slow down the process of osteoporosis, specific exercises given to you by your physiotherapist can help speed recovery and protect your joints from further injury.

Our exercises aim to stretch your tight muscles and strengthen your weak muscles. The benefits include reduced pain and muscle tension and improved postural control.
